Employment status: Full Time


- Greeting guests, and helping them find their way

- Directing calls as needed

- Managing schedules, setting meetings/appointments/reservations

- Keeping the office organized

- Researching/sourcing items or vendors as needed (ie: furniture, office equipment)

- Office Supplies/Stationary Orders

- Managing other office supplies (cleaning, snacks, coffee etc)

- Managing light kitchen duties (loading unloading dishwasher)

- on occasion may need to run errands (banking, picking up cheques etc)


Previous experience in a transportation/logistics company is a major asset, or experience as a receptionist/administrative assistant is a major asset.


Education & Skills:

- proficient at using Word/Excel/Outlook Email

- able to work with online programs as shown by the department

- communication skills - written and oral are very important

- able to work in a fast pace, high volume environment
